Negin is deeply fascinated by the human element of family law and the significant role she plays in supporting individuals through some of their most vulnerable moments. Negin’s expertise spans a diverse array of family law issues from asset division and spousal support to decision making and financial disputes. She is as comfortable in the courtroom, thriving on its vibrant dynamics, as she is in mediation sessions where she promotes collaboration to find amicable solutions. Currently an associate member of the Ontario Association of Family Mediators (“OAFM”), Negin is diligently working towards becoming an accredited mediator. Her mission is clear: to devise the best possible strategies that are thoughtfully tailored to meet the specific needs of her clients. Negin is particularly adept at navigating the financial intricacies of separation. As a Chartered Business Valuator trainee, she excels at guiding business owners through the challenges of separation with minimal disruption to their enterprises. Her proactive approach focuses on asset protection, both pre- and post-separation, to maintain the financial stability of businesses. Her specialized financial acumen complements her broad legal expertise, enhancing her ability to craft uniquely effective solutions for each client.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Negin is an enthusiastic traveler who cherishes the opportunity to immerse herself in different cultures and connect with people around the world. She is also actively engaged in the Iranian community in Ontario, striving to broaden access to justice.
